Our SquidProxies review

SquidProxies is one of the older names still trading, selling private, non-shared datacenter proxies with unlimited bandwidth at a flat monthly price per IP.

The value is predictability. The IPs are yours for the billing period, throughput is not metered, and uptime has been consistently good for years. For SEO tools, ad verification against undefended endpoints or automation that needs stable addresses, that is enough.

Everything else is missing by design: no residential, no mobile, no SOCKS5, no modern API, and country coverage limited to around fifteen locations.

Pricing is fair rather than cheap, from about $2.40 per IP at ten addresses down to $1.50 at a hundred. Webshare is far cheaper if you do not need private allocation.

A reasonable pick for stable private datacenter IPs. Anything requiring residential trust needs a different vendor.

Frequently asked questions

What is a private proxy?

An IP allocated to one customer rather than shared, so nobody else's traffic affects its reputation or its available bandwidth.

Why choose SquidProxies over Webshare?

Private allocation and unlimited bandwidth. Webshare is much cheaper but its cheapest tiers are shared and metered.

Does it support SOCKS5?

No, HTTP(S) only.
