Features
Our Perfect Privacy review
Perfect Privacy's distinguishing feature is cascading: you can chain a connection through as many as four servers in different countries, choosing each hop yourself. Most competitors cap multi-hop at two fixed pairs. If your threat model genuinely calls for that, almost nothing else offers it.
Neuro-routing is the other clever piece. Rather than sending all traffic out one exit, it dynamically routes each destination through the server nearest to it inside the VPN network, which reduces the exposure of a single exit point and improves latency to distant sites.
TrackStop is a strong server-side filter that can block advertising, tracking, malware, social media and even entire content categories, applied to every device on the account. Devices are unlimited, which offsets some of the price.
The negatives are price and scale. Roughly $8.95/mo even on a two-year commitment is two to four times what Surfshark, PIA or Proton VPN charge, and the network is about 60 servers in 23 countries. There is no third-party audit, and the client and website both feel a decade old.
Streaming is not a focus and largely does not work. Support is email only, though the responses are technically competent.
This is a specialist tool. If four-hop cascading and neuro-routing are not requirements you can articulate, Proton VPN or IVPN will serve you better for less.

Frequently asked questions
What is cascading?
Routing your connection through several VPN servers in sequence, so no single server sees both who you are and where you are going. Perfect Privacy allows up to four hops chosen by you.
Is Perfect Privacy worth the price?
Only if you need multi-hop depth or unlimited devices with Swiss basing. For general privacy at a lower cost, Proton VPN or Mullvad are better value.
Does Perfect Privacy work with Netflix?
Generally not. Streaming unblocking is not part of the product.
Bottom line
Perfect Privacy offers four-hop cascading, unlimited devices and Swiss basing, at a price that only makes sense if you specifically need that routing depth.
